Man’s first evidence of his thought is the “spear” he made to hunt down animals. It wasn’t merely a game to him- it was a matter of “life or death”. Arguably, shooting is the first game man must have learnt and the most ingenious of his games too- ingenious by the game’s sheer simplicity. Shooting is an austere game- its rules are startlingly simple- “Fix your aim and hit it right”, but that rule, to be mastered demands a lot of penance from men.
Shooting games is just not yet another game- it teaches us life’s most important lessons just like any philosopher does or perhaps, even better. First of all, it demands you to be clear of the target. The distractions might seem frighteningly big and the bull’s eye might seem unfairly small to the ordinary eye. But to the trained shooter, the only thing visible to him in his planet is his target and nothing matters to him more than that! Could any philosopher do better?? Another important thing shooting teaches is that one must maintain his composure no matter what the odds are. All online shooting games demand that the players have their targets and strive to win but where shooting is special is that it proudly shows this whole process in its full violent clarity and excellent graphics.
